Our Auckland office is looking for a curious team player, with a growth mindset and a passion for all things digital media.
As an Associate Digital Manager, you will actively contribute to executing digital media strategy, customer insight, planning & buying effective digital campaigns on behalf of MBM clients, whilst actively overseeing digital implementation and channel optimisation.
You will have opportunities to lead projects with the support of the Digital Manager and Digital Director, empowering you to be the bridge between the Client Service and Implementation teams.
You will have a couple of years under your belt in digital media planning, implementation and/or a social assistant role.
Work alongside the Digital Manager and clients to maximise their digital activities.
Develop an in-depth understanding of digital tools and platform opportunities to understand audience sizes, targeting capabilities and measurement.
Work alongside the implementation team to oversee the campaign, taking accountability for buying application of the audience strategy.
Work with external suppliers to negotiate, buy and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Brief internal team counterparts thoroughly on campaign activity, ensuring buying & trafficking is completed accurately and within deadline.
Monitoring campaign performance during campaigns providing optimisation recommendations where required.
Identifying insights from results to inform future campaigns.
About you 1 - 2 years' experience in a digital media implementation and/or digital assistant role Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills Facebook and/or Instagram ad implementation experience Current Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Display or Campaign Manager 360 would be advantageous Most importantly, you have a growth mindset, are curious, passionate, a great team player and enjoy a friendly, inclusive work culture Our offer to you A fun and rewarding team culture where collaboration is key.
