Elke dag zorgen onze medewerkers voor de beste koffie, knapperigste croissants, gezonde (vegan) lunches, verse maaltijden en de lekkerste borrel.Jouw teamKom zoals je bent en start je dienst met je favoriete koffie terwijl je een praatje maakt met je gasten en collega's.
Onze teams bestaan uit ongeveer 15-20 collega's en zijn of voelen zich jong.
Onder jouw leiding draag je met elkaar bij aan het succes van STACH!Jouw functie Tijdens onze STACH Onboarding leren we je alles over het zetten van de perfecte koffie, het maken van onze broodjes, het stapelen van de hoogste counter en natuurlijk alles over de formule van STACH.
Aansluitend leiden we je op in een van onze locaties en leren we je:
• Inkopen doen en het beheren van je voorraad.
Je doet namelijk alle inkopen zelf!- Roosters maken en de nodige HR-administratie te verwerken- Het bouwen van een commercieel en aantrekkelijk winkelbeeld- Wat je targets zijn en hoe je die kunt halen- Hoe je kunt zorgen voor een veilige en schone werkomgevingJouw ingrediënten- Jij wilt vooral leren! Fouten maken mag.
We vinden het superbelangrijk dat je gedreven bent om het beste uit jezelf en de winkel te halen- Je bent positief en altijd vrolijk.
Je wordt blij van het blij maken van onze gasten- Leidinggeven is een vak en jij wil het leren.
Je durft medewerkers aan te spreken en taken zo nodig te delegeren- De winkel is een gezellige georganiseerde chaos, maar jij weet het overzicht te houden in alles wat er gebeuren moet- Ook jij weet wat lekker is! Je bent gek op lekker en goed eten.
