Je krijgt de kans om mee te lopen op onze Customer Success afdeling en je te ontwikkelen in het beheren van klantrelaties, het stimuleren van up-sells en cross-sells en het monitoren van KPI's .
Samen met ons team zorg jij voor de juiste on-boarding per klantsegment en stem je af met sales over new business.
Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden onderhoud je klantcontact bij specifieke casussen en met onze top 25 klanten.
Als kers op de taart krijg je de kans om te ondersteunen bij go-to-market projecten.
