The main responsibilities of the position
Support our clients in the analysis of needs in order to set up the functional processes through the Odoo solution: for this, we must understand the business, analyze, advise and grow the tool with the company through an iterative approach .
Analyze business and functional processes according to business elements, needs and specifications;
Perform a technical analysis to set up the process in Odoo, while respecting best practices
Produce high quality functional and technical specifications;
Support the implementation and integration (configuration, development, tests, quality assurance), together with the development team
Support clients in leading change through various elements including communication and training;
Follow the key indicators of project management and be rigorous in monitoring;
Participate in internal management and improvement meetings;
Be able to design documentation and facilitate individual and group training sessions
