Within the Information & Communication Technology Department, in a team with high specialization on HCM issues, the resource will follow the management of all HR processes and systems from an IT perspective.

Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO).JOB SUMMARYManage talent management applications, payroll system, attendance, travel safety and e- learning.Design, configure and implement improvements on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for all entities (Italian and foreign) of the group.Support the HR area business requirements identification process by acting as an interface between business referents and third parties;Manage relationships with vendors in charge of projects and AMS application support service providers; andMonitor integrations between HRIS master and third-party systems.Ensure compliance with the methodologies required by Group standards Ensure with accuracy and integrity of data through audits and corrective actions.Train and support HR users on new features and functionality of systems, promoting their continuous evolution in compliance with corporate strategy.Change Management:
supports change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for HR staff and end users.INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDITING THE JOB PROFILEAt least 2 years of experience in managing complex HCM (human capital management) projectsKnowledge of Human Capital Management processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance etc.)Knowledge of the English language (minimum B2+)Analytical skills and ability to translate complex data by synthesizing it into KPIs.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the businessExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a teamDiscretion and confidentiality in consideration of data handledStrong aptitude for problem solving, attention to detail and organizational autonomyGood knowledge of the MSOffice package (Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)NICE TO HAVEKnowledge of advanced ERP:
