A snapshot of your peer group:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Previous experience managing a product with substantial client usage and impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand client needs and the industry landscape.
  • Develop business models and value propositions that deliver tangible results.
  • Define product and portfolio roadmaps to surpass client expectations incrementally.
  • Ensure clarity on clients, segments, features, schedules, partnerships, and dependencies for complete alignment.

Collaboration and Partnership:

  • Collaborate with KPMG teams and leadership to identify synergies for enhanced service delivery.
  • Engage in agile processes and provide hands-on support to clients as needed.

Adoption and Engagement:

  • Drive adoption across all KPMG teams, engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Maintain updated dashboards reflecting levels of engagement with each team.

Product Assessment and Improvement:

  • Objectively assess the product by defining, owning, and driving key metrics.
  • Continuously learn and contribute to the improvement of yourself, the team, and the product.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the needs of KPMG clients and their technological challenges.
  • Detail- and results-oriented, with experience managing complex design and delivery of services.
  • Ability to think strategically and design solutions that scale across diverse client needs.
  • Proficient collaborative and interpersonal skills, with experience running cross-functional projects.
  • Experience and depth in driving client adoption, particularly for technical products with exceptional user experiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) and how they meet business and technical capabilities.
  • Experience in the technology lifecycle and operational aspects of large-scale systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch.
  • Experience with product management, from understanding client requirements and defining a product roadmap to driving engineering work, adoption, and continuous improvement.
