An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solar PV Site Manager to join a forward-thinking and fast-growing renewable energy contractor.
This role involves leading the installation, construction, and commissioning of Solar PV and LED systems on projects across the UK.You will be managing site operations from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained throughout.

Oversee daily operations on-site across multiple locationsCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure health & safety compliance and conduct regular auditsLead toolbox talks and maintain safe systems of workMonitor and report on progress, cost control, and resource allocationEnsure installation work meets quality, regulatory, and environmental standardsResolve on-site issues and escalate when necessaryMaintain documentation and manage project schedulesLiaise with clients, engineers, and senior stakeholdersSupport workflow optimisation and process improvementsRequirements:

SMSTS CertificateIOSH / NEBOSH or equivalentFirst Aid Certificate (EFAW or FAW)CSCS CardFull UK Driving LicenceDesirable:
