As an Assistant Head, you will:
Work closely with staff and students to maintain the schools strategic objectives
Support the Head of School in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of quality improvement plans
Lead on the school examinations
Work in partnership with parents, carers, external agencies, and the wider community to foster positive relationships
To be successful as an Assistant Head, you will:
Hold a Qualified Teacher Status
Show evidence of at least 5 years successful proven track record within a special educational needs environment
Have experience in major whole school responsibilities and experience of turning policy into effective and successful practice
Be experienced in developing links and working with the community
Have held significant area or phase responsibilities
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £53,500 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
