About the Role:
Ferreroare seeking an experienced Purchase To Pay (PTP) Associate Manager with a background in Accounts Payable to oversee the daily operations of our AP function.
You will ensure efficient invoice processing and support our outsourced partner with supplier invoices.
You will manage business-wide expense payments and address invoice queries promptly and effectively.Key responsibilities include acting as the escalation point for the PTP team, managing PTP inboxes to ensure timely resolution of issues, and assisting suppliers with payment queries.
You will also collaborate with the Finance Shared Services Team to ensure that all system development projects impacting Accounts Payable are robust, comply with company policies and external requirements, and adhere to industry best practices.In this role, you will manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable and expenses function, ensuring all invoices are processed according to agreed business processes and paid within the correct terms.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures in Accounts Payable and the ability to enforce these rules both internally and externally.Main Responsibilities:
As the PTP Associate Manager at Ferrero, you will oversee the daily management of the Accounts Payable function.
This includes ensuring all invoices are processed correctly and paid on time, supporting and advising our outsourced partner Accenture, and managing expense payments for all business users.
Address invoice queries efficiently, handle overdue letters and final demands promptly, and perform monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliations for key accounts.
Additionally, you will oversee weekly supplier BACS runs and develop the Accounts Payable team to ensure they meet their daily responsibilities.
Ensuring compliance with HMRC VAT regulations and supporting system development projects to adhere to company policies and best practices are also part of your role.
You will undertake critical projects related to PTP or Shared Services.You will contribute to improving the finance functions performance and monitor financial market conditions and treasury needs to optimiSe performance within defined risk standards.In managing the team, you will foster a system based on Ferrero Group values, motivation, diversity and inclusion, competence development, and empowerment.
You will ensure effective communication through line managers and support the professional development of the team, evaluating and proposing development initiatives.
Who we are looking for:
Ferrero are looking for a applicant who fully understands company policies and procedures in Accounts Payable and the ability to enforce these rules both internally and externally.
Will have extensive experience in Accounts Payable and PTP includes knowledge of Payment Practice Reporting, KPI Reporting, and supervising Payment Runs.Experience with BPO processes is essential, as you will manage the relationship with our BPO provider.
You will excel at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Be a confident decision-maker, capable of suggesting process improvements and supporting internal colleagues with PO/expense queries.
Your proactive approach and expertise will be key to driving efficiency and effectiveness in the Accounts Payable function.
