- Ser el guardián de la experiencia de nuestros clientes para que vivan un momento que desean repetir; ser Embajador de la marca fomentando la animación en la tienda para los clientes más pequeños, las familias y los fans - Alcanzar los objetivos de facturado- Gestionar los miembros del equipo y su motivación para lograr el mismo objetivo juntos - Asegurar la buena organización del almacén y la correcta gestión de los movimientos de mercancía- Defender la imagen y el orden de la tienda; asegurar la reposición correcta del producto de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa- Respetar y hacer cumplir los procedimientos internos y pautas de la empresaLos requisitos indispensables para el puesto son:
• Gran orientación al cliente- Alta capacidad de motivación del equipo- Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión- Conocimiento de las principales herramientas de análisis de ventas y productividad- Experiencia minima de 2-3 años como gerente de una tienda de al menos 5-6 personas, preferiblemente en Retail estructurado- Buen nivel de inglés Si te reconoces en el perfil al 100%, no lo dudes, envíanos tu solicitud.
