Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
The Order Management Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for providing seamless support to our customers and distributors.
Using your own initiative, you'll solve problems from initial query right through to remittance whilst delivering increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately process order entries to deliver to customer expectations.
Proactively handle backlogs, replacements, and free of charge shipments.
Follow shipment and installation to ensure revenue collection occurs on time.
Communicate with appropriate individuals throughout The essential requirements of the job include:
Competent MS Office skills and be comfortable working with different systems.
Previous client and customer service experience & thrive in a busy customer service environment.
Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP system Fluent (both written and verbal) in English & Spanish (and Portuguese would be an advantage) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
