The Role's Key Responsibilities and TasksAs an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.
As a Talent Management Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:
Be a key player in defining and creating a talent mindset by supporting the design and development of talent identification and talent career processes and frameworks.Expand and roll out current processes and frameworks such as career paths and succession models to other areas.Coordinate the roll out of the performance management cycle and goal settingEnsure regular status reporting of all core talent processes to key stakeholders.Support the roll out of a robust succession plan to develop our leaders and to get them ready for the next challenge promoting internal mobility.Drive talent decisions through a data driven approach.Support engagement initiatives to raise engagement levels as an indicator of an excellence in employee experience.Partner with COEs and HRBPs to roll out HR programs (e.g.
Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition program, etc.)Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR/Talent programs.What you need to succeed:

Here's what you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields plus 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment.A high energy, thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and also see the big picture.Strong project management skills:
