Head of ESG Reporting

Join our ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) journey. You will be pivotal in reporting to the Audit Committee and operationalizing TDC NET's compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) though development of systems and tools for data collection.

The TDC NET ESG Data Reporting team is part of the accounting team reporting to the CFO. The ESG data reporting team support and work with the wider TDC NET business on the entire ESG agenda together with the Sustainability team.

About the job

ESG & Sustainability incl. CSRD reporting is a continuously evolving area, and you will have a key role in providing development and integrating these activities in TDC NET.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and extend the ESG reporting team (currently consisting of 2 employees).
• Build best in class ESG data and reporting unit.
• Prepare and present material for Audit Committee meetings.
• Prepare ESG data sections in the Annual Report
• Prepare ESG audit materials incl. contact to the auditors.
• Secure system implementation of ESG data aligned with CSRD requirements.
• Prepare guidelines and accounting manuals for the organization to report on ESG data.
• Facilitate data collection across the organization, including data consolidation and validation.
• Collaborate closely with relevant functions in TDC NET to improve ESG data collection and handling.

About you

As a person you are enthusiastic about ESG reporting and have a passion for making a difference. You are a motivated leader and take responsibility for bringing things forward and developing the agenda.

Furthermore, you have the following background and experience:

• Professional experience with the ESG and sustainability area from large companies, audit- or consulting firms incl. knowledge of and experience with CSRD and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS's) is preferable
• Great people and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven experience in leading a team is preferable
• Proven experience in handling large projects incl. handle large quantitative datasets and qualitative information
• Good English and Danish communication skills (both oral and in writing) including the ability to transform complex information to simple understandable Power Point slides
