In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our sales success.
You'll meticulously craft the tools, knowledge, and content that equip our sales team to excel in every prospect interaction.
Imagine spearheading the creation of a world-class sales enablement strategy that fosters growth, adoption, retention, and exceptional customer satisfaction - all driven by your expertise.

This temporary position is available for a start date targeted for August, September, or October 2024.
The end date is around October 1st, 2025.

Here's a glimpse into your potential contributions:

  • Championing sales enablement:
    You'll assume an important role within the commercial function as the Sales Enablement Lead, overseeing all enablement activities and programs.
    From onboarding new recruits to equipping seasoned reps with the latest skillsets, you'll ensure our sales team operates at peak efficiency.
  • Content creation expertise:
    Cultivate compelling sales collateral, training programs, and informative resources that keep our sales team engaged and knowledgeable.
    Envision crafting presentations and comprehensive guides that seamlessly convert prospects into loyal clients.
  • Master of collaborative strategy:
    Forge strong relationships with sales leaders and collaborate effectively across departments like marketing and product.
    You'll be the driving force behind fostering cross-functional alignment, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Optimization:
    Analyze the effectiveness of training programs you implement.
    Track adoption rates, gauge training satisfaction, and leverage your insights to continuously refine and optimize your approach.

We envision a candidate who embodies the following characteristics:

  • Proven sales acumen:
    You possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or a closely related field (e.g., learning & development, training, onboarding).
    A comprehensive understanding of the sales landscape is essential.
  • Benefits expertise or sales enablement experience:
    Prior experience within the benefits and compensation industry or in a sales enablement role.
  • Communication virtuosity:
    You excel at both written and verbal communication.
    Envision delivering clear, concise, and engaging presentations, possessing impeccable editing skills, and demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborative catalyst:
    You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a natural ability to unite teams.
