About the job

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a commercial mindset who is eager and curious to understand the business and the underlying drivers of our Global Assistance business

As a Business Finance Partner to B2B, Global Assistance (incl.B2I and B2G) you will be an integrated part of the daily operations and expected to drive decision making through insights, analysis and sparring. Your main stakeholders will be the leadership teams of the respective BUs.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Translating commercial initiatives into a tangible financial impact
• Following up on performance of initiatives
• Drive the forecast process by understanding the value drivers together with the BUs
• Build and maintain a driver based forecasting model allowing for scenario planning
• Sparring on business cases and financial impact
• Be the link to other departments and BUs with interdependencies understanding the financial impacts
• Drive the monthly business review meeting, proactively highlighting attention points regarding performance and trends

About you To be successful in the role we expect the following qualifications:

• +5 years in a business finance role
• Financial acumen and a commercial mindset
• Good communication skills and an ability to translate complex issues into clear messages and convey these to the various stakeholders in a simple and compelling way
• An analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving, focusing on the underlying value drivers
  Ability to work in a matrix organisation
• A relevant master's degree or similar (preferable in finance, economics, or business administration)
• Fluent in English
