The Position
You will be managing several of our suppliers and contracts within GMP Piping.
Hereunder to support the Lead Work Package Owner in all matters related to contract and supplier management within your area while providing guidance and support to the wider project organisation.
Moreover, to support, train and guide contractors in Novo Nordisk contract management requirements, tools, and processes.

This includes - under guidance of the Senior Procurement & Contract Management Lead - to:

• Monitor and report on supplier contracts and performance in regard to time, quality and costs.
  
• Negotiate, settle or dispute claims related all contracts in this area in close collaboration with our engineering partners.
  
• Coordinate between contractors, onsite team and project management.
  
• Lead regular contract performance status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor contract performance.
  
• Ensure that Change Orders are managed efficiently in consistency with agreed contracting processes in close collaboration with our engineering partners.
  You'll also guarantee adherence to Novo Nordisk contracting standards.
  policies and project specific guidelines.
  

As part of your responsibilities, you will support best practice sharing initiatives with other projects across Novo Nordisk as well as:

• Work package owners in project execution, achieving milestones and mitigating risks.
  
• Project Controls and Business Support with cashflow forecasts and claims management.
  

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:

• An academic degree within Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or similar, combined with 5+ years of experience within Contract/Claim Management, Project Management experience is an advantage.
  
• Solid understanding of GMP piping in particular.
  
• Strong ability to read and interpret contractual documents, including terms and conditions, planning, and technical specifications.
  
• An understanding of project finance and the impact of contract/claim management on project budgets.
  
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.

You have strong communication skills and thrive on engaging with people and building relationships, showing an excellent ability to manage various stakeholders and solve a variety of practical problems.

About the Department
Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød.
You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk - and when finished the facility will employ app.
340 colleagues.
The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products.
It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
