Om jobbet l Strategisk sparringspartner
Som HR Business Partner for flere af vores stabsfunktioner, heriblandt vores CFO office, vil den væsentligste del af din tid blive brugt på at agere strategisk sparringspartner og rådgiver for vores senior ledere i dine områder, med henblik på at understøtte den forretningsmæssige og organisatorisk udvikling.
Derudover bliver du ansvarlig for at drive vores årshjulsaktiviteter i din områder, såsom:
Som HR Business Partner i Tryg bliver du en del af et fantastisk HR-team i Danmark, hvor vi alle har forskellige kompetencer og ansvarsområder inden for jura, rekruttering, udvikling, rewards samt service og administration.
I rollen er du involveret i den strategiske udvikling af dine forretningsområder, og du inddrager dine øvrige kollegaer, når opgaverne bliver af mere operationel karakter.
Stabsfunktionerne har udgangspunkt i vores hovedkvarter i Ballerup, men flere af dem har også kollegaer i både Norge og Sverige, hvilket betyder, at du også er i kontakt med vores HR-kolleger i de lande.

For at lykkes i rollen er det afgørende, at du er i stand til at bygge stærke og tillidsfyldte relationer på alle ledelsesniveauer i organisationen.
Derudover det vigtigt, at du proaktivt og nysgerrigt interesserer dig for forretningens udvikling og opbygger en dyb forretningsforståelse.
Vi forestiller os, at du allerede har erfaring som HR Business Partner eller erfaring fra en tungere HR-rolle, hvor du har erfaring med identificering og eksekvering på organisationsudviklingsinitiativer.
Alternativt kan du også have erfaring med at drive organisationsudvikling som ekstern konsulent og være interesseret i at blive en del af HR.

Rollen er placeret i Trygs hovedkvarter i Ballerup, hvor du bliver du en del af en HR afdeling med mere end 40 kolleger - og vi er mere end 80 HR kolleger i koncernen.
Du bliver en del af et erfarent HR Business Partner team bestående af yderligere fire HR Business Partnere, der tilsammen dækker forretningen i Danmark samt stabsfunktionerne på tværs af Danmark, Sverige og Norge.
HR Business Partner teamet er kendetegnet ved høj arbejdsglæde, og vi gør et stort indsats for at sikre, at vi løbende udveksler erfaringer og synspunkter, så vi hele tiden udvikler os, for at kunne blive ved med at bidrage til udviklingen af Tryg.
