Unser Angebot - für Dich
Überdurchschnittliche Vergütung nach AVR DD, dem Tarif der Diakonie Deutschland, nach EG 3 oder EG 4: Dein Einstiegsgehalt liegt bei sechsmonatiger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung bei ca. 2.806 € brutto/Monat, mit einer 1- bis 2-jährigen einschlägigen Ausbildung und zwölfmonatiger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung bei 3.007 €/Monat, jeweils bezogen auf eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 39 Stunden/Woche, ggf. zuzüglich Zuschlägen und Zulagen
Deinen Stellenanteil kannst Du individuell mit uns vereinbaren, bis zu 12 Stunden wöchentlich sind möglich

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungshelfer, Gesundheitspflegehelfer, Sozialhelfer (m/w/d) o.ä. wünschenswert
Möglichst Kenntnisse in der Unterstützung, Begleitung, Assistenz von Menschen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst und an den Wochenenden
