In den Abteilungen Innere Medizin, Palliativstation, Chirurgie, Radiologie, Geriatrie und der interdisziplinären Intensivstation werden unsere Patient:
innen auf hohem medizinischem Niveau versorgt.
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Hygienefachkraft (w/m/d) Erkennung, Erfassung und Bewertung von Krankenhausinfektionen und multiresistenten Erregern Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Prävention von Krankenhausinfektionen und multiresistenten Erregern Ausbruchsmanagement Beratung und Begehung zur Einhaltung von Hygienerichtlinien Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Hygienekonzepten Fortbildung, Schulung und praktische Anleitung verschiedener Berufsgruppen Beratung und Überwachung von baulichen Maßnahmen Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger oder Pflegefachmann (w/m/d) mit mind.
2-jähriger Berufserfahrung Erfahrungen in der Krankenhaushygiene sind von Vorteil Fachweiterbildung im Bereiche Hygiene oder die Bereitschaft an einer Weiterbildungsmaßnahme zur Hygienefachkraft sind wünschenswert Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office:
Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Outlook Fähigkeit zur kooperativen Zusammenarbeit im Team und interdisziplinär mit allen Berufsgruppen Kritik- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Fähigkeit zur wertschätzenden Kommunikation Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Bereitschaft, fortlaufende Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten und umzusetzen
