YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

create new city-wide authorization specifications with a focus on cross-module authorizations and further develop existing ones.
develop new global SAP authorization roles and update existing ones.
are familiar with the specification and development of city-wide authorization bases and their monitoring (governance and compliance guidelines).
are able to write authorization analyses and eliminate critical authorizations.
check authorization roles created by the specialist departments and approve them.
monitor market developments for the subject area in question with regard to suitable tools and procedures YOUR PROFILE:
have successfully completed a (specialist) university degree in a subject area relevant to the tasks to be performed (e.g.
computer science or business informatics) or proven equivalent skills and experience in the IT field.
WHAT ELSE IS IMPORTANT TO US:
have at least 1.5 years of experience in IT.
have experience in the implementation of projects.
have knowledge of the administration of SAP systems or other systems and the assignment of overarching authorization roles.
are familiar with the creation, design and implementation of authorization requirements in the SAP environment are experienced in the documentation of requirements and their implementation have a high degree of initiative as well as a strong sense of responsibility, high resilience and above-average commitment and flexibility have a very good team orientation, strong communication skills and negotiation skills have gender competence and a commitment to diversity.
have written and spoken English skills.

The position is permanent and is available both part-time and full-time.
The position is graded according to salary group A11 career group 2, 1st entry level LBesG NRW (Salary Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, formerly higher service) or according to pay group 11 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD IKT).
The salary range in pay group 11 (TVöD-IKT) is currently between 4,032.38 euros (experience level 1) and 5,975.19 euros (experience level 6).
Your professional experience will be taken into account when assigning you to the experience level within the pay group, insofar as this is possible under collective bargaining law.
