Responsibility for several site Quality systems (e.g.
training management)Drive the start-up and continuous improvement of site QMS for the defined Quality SystemsEnsuring flexible back-up of the full range of key Quality Systems Support the preparation, coordination & execution of Health authority inspections as well as auditsParticipate in Quality projects as a Team member, as a team leader Participate in improvement projects as a team member, as a team leaderWho you are:
Minimum bachelor's degree in scientific discipline; 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment Broad experience in working with other quality professionals to establish QMS system or experience to support the QMS improvement as operational SMEKnowledge of Health Authority regulations Have a proactive approach to all aspects of Quality Good communicator, dealing directly and efficiently with project teams and routine interfaces (Merck personnel and contractor companies) Flexible team player, who is curious to learn, proactive in sharing and collaborating Thorough experience in the usage of IT systems (mandatory:
CARA and TW; beneficial:
GxP Manager, GLIMS, SAP Lean, etc.)Organized and logical in defining workload and delivering projectsEase to work in a changing environment, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFluent in English (written and spoken) and FrenchWhat we offer:
