Cheseaux, SwitzerlandYour MissionAs a Senior IT Business Process Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and automating business processes across our organization.
You will leverage your expertise in automation technologies to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and drive innovation.Your Responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.Design and implement end-to-end business process automation solutions using various automation tools and technologies.Develop workflows, scripts, and applications to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.Ensure the seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and applications.Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.Create comprehensive documentation for automated processes and solutions.If You haveA Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing business process automation solutions.Strong proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar.Knowledge of security best practices in IT process automation (would be a plus)Relevant certifications in automation technologies (would be a plus)If You areA person with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.An excellent communicator who likes collaborating with cross-functional teams.Able to work independently and lead automation projects from inception to completion.This position could be for you !Référence :
