Tes responsabilités variées :
Gardien de la sagesse : Observer et évaluer les élèves dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
Tisseur de liens : Collaborer à l'élaboration de plans d'interventions individuels (p.i.) pour guider chaque élève vers sa voie unique.
Guide de réadaptation : Planifier et animer diverses activités de réadaptation, rééducatives ou préventives en collaboration avec d'autres ressources (police, services sociaux, enseignants, etc.)
Gardien de l'équilibre émotionnel : Intervenir et apaiser les situations d'urgence ou de crise
Conseiller du soutien : Conseiller et offrir du soutien aux membres du personnel des écoles et aux parents
Gardien des lois : Protéger et collaborer à l'application des règlements et des lois pour l'enfance et la jeunesse (SIAA, LPJ, LSJPA)
Artisan de l'harmonie : Créer et maintenir un environnement où l'entraide et la collaboration sont les maîtres-mots

Ce que nous recherchons :
Formation pertinente : DEC en technique d'éducation spécialisée ou attestation d'études collégiales dans ce domaine.
Ouverture d'esprit : Travailler avec les jeunes nécessite une grande ouverture d'esprit.
Expérience en milieu autochtone : Un atout majeur!
Capacité d'adaptation : Nous recherchons des personnes exceptionnelles capables de s'adapter à toutes les situations.
