New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is searchingfor a Project Delivery Lead to assist our client in successfullymanaging technology projects. These projects can range from severalmonths to multiple years. The role combines project leadership, teammanagement, and client engagement to achieve project goals and providevaluable outcomes for healthcare partners.

As theProject Lead, you will oversee teams and coordinate program andproject activities within defined constraints. This permanent roleinvolves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders,including internal departments, consultants, vendors, client sponsors,and external agencies. The

ideal candidate mustpossess strategic problem-solving abilities, including complexanalysis and solution development

Responsibilities:

Consulting Project Accountability

Collaborate with senior members of the client team todefine project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
Withproject management and delivery teams, oversee the development offull-scale project plans, including timelines and milestones.
Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals andassign tasks accordingly.
Identify and mitigate potentialrisks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
Define project governance structure and communicationprotocols.
Monitor project progress against establishedtimelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify andresolve project issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Track project expenses, manage budgets and recommend budgetchanges where necessary.
Proactively manage changes inproject scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams,fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuringalignment with project objectives and timelines.
Provideguidance, coaching to team members.
Identify and resolveissues and conflicts within project team.

Client Engagement

Serve as theprimary point of contact for the project sponsors, providing regularupdates on project status, risk and issues.
Manage clientexpectations and ensure alignment with project objectives,deliverables, and budgets.
Facilitate productive meetings,workshops, and presentations.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with internal and external parties to drive projectsuccess.

Quality Assurance

Ensure quality assurance processes and standards to ensureproject deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives toidentify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Implementbest practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize project deliveryprocesses.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement andinnovation within the project team.

Requirements:

8+years of experience working directly with B2C and/or B2Bsystems/technology.
5+ years of experience in business orcustomer relationship management or consulting services.
Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional projectteams.
Experience navigating senior relationships bothinternal and external.
Experience in Health, Insurance and/orFinancial industries and environments.
Experience with ScaledAgile.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiplefunctions within the organization, and in a matrix reportingenvironment involving bargaining unit employees, exempt employees,contractors and vendors.
A Lean Agile mindset and operate inan Enterprise Agile Framework (SAFe)
Excellent interpersonal,partnership, team building and leadership skills
Able toelicit needs, discern what is critical for success and shape deliveryscope to balance cost, time and risk (both project and operationalsustainment).

Preferred Experience:

Coaching and mentoring IT professionals, designing andimplementing complex systems, products, software, and/or solutions andimplementing a technology strategy.
