DESCRIPTION DE POSTE
Relevant de la directrice générale, la personne retenue pour ce poste dirige et coordonne les activités professionnelles des avocats et du personnel de soutien du bureau d'aide juridique de Trois-Rivières, section criminelle et jeunesse.
Entre outre, elle est responsable de la prestation des services professionnels prévue par la Loi sur l'aide juridique et sur la prestation de certains autres services juridiques, aux bénéficiaires du territoire desservi par le bureau de Trois-Rivières, section criminelle et jeunesse.
Elle voit à l'organisation du travail, à la gestion du personnel et à la gestion de l'admissibilité à l'aide juridique.
Elle fait partie de l'équipe de direction et travaille de concert avec les autres membres de la direction professionnelle et financière du Centre.
La personne retenue pour ce poste assume le rôle normalement dévolu à un avocat ou une avocate de l'aide juridique, soit la représentation de clients.
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
La personne dont la candidature sera retenue possède une bonne connaissance du cadre juridique qui gouverne le Centre communautaire juridique de la Mauricie et du Centre-du-Québec, ainsi que des besoins de la population.
Elle possède une formation ou de l'expérience pertinence en matière de gestion des ressources humaines ou elle démontre un intérêt évident à se perfectionner en matière de gestion des ressources humaines.
Cette personne est reconnue pour ses capacités d'analyse, son esprit de décision ainsi que son sens de l'organisation.
Elle est rigoureuse et est appréciée pour son leadership professionnel et administratif.
Elle démontre de l'intérêt pour les problématiques sociales.
Cette personne à de l'expérience récente et significative de la pratique litigieuse dans un ou plusieurs domaines de droit pratiqué à l'aide juridique.
Être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec depuis au moins 7 ans.
