L'assistant(e) aura pour principale mission de coordonner le programme qui offre du soutien pour planifier et animer une variété d'activités promouvant un développement sain des enfants et familles.Poste permanent - 35 h par semaine
Responsabilités
Contribuer à la planification, l'élaboration et l'animation des activités promouvant le développement sain des enfants de 0- 6 ans des communautés francophones du Grand Toronto
Contribuer à l'évaluation des programmes en tenant compte des besoins des familles des communautés francophones du Grand Toronto et enfants de - 6 ans
Favoriser l'accès aux familles des ressources appuyant la grossesse, l'éducation des enfants et le bien-être de la famille
S'assurer de l'adaptation des apprentissages des enfants durant les routines quotidiennes (collation, cercle, jeux libres, différents ateliers d'apprentissages)
S'assurer de favoriser un environnement bienveillant et sécuritaire pour les familles qui fréquentent le Centre ON y va
S'assurer de favoriser les bonnes relations interpersonnelles avec la/le chef d'équipe, les collègues, les familles et la gestionnaires
Organiser et assurer des occasions de tisser des liens avec les familles et la communauté francophone du Grand Toronto
Participer à l'organisation des divers événements en lien avec les écoles, les garderies et les centres On y va francophones et anglophones de la région de Toronto.
Faire la promotion des centres On va et du Centre Francophone de Grand Toronto dans les lieux publics
Aider la superviseure à rédiger les rapports quotidiens et les désinfections des lieux et matériels.
Qualifications
Posséder un certificat en éducation à la petite enfance
Avoir acquis une expérience pertinente d'au moins deux ans auprès des enfants de 0-6ans et les familles
Posséder un minimum de connaissance du développement typique de l'enfant de 0-6 ans
Avoir travaillé avec une variété de familles dans le but de soutenir le développement optimal de l'enfant
Avoir développé des relations de confiance avec les parents et autres professionnels et reconnaître l'unicité de chaque enfant
Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (parlés et écrits).
Connaissance de la communauté du Grand Toronto.
Compétence en informatique (Environnement Windows).
Conditions Rémunération annuelle : 32,640 $ - 40,800 $ + avantages sociaux
Le Centre francophone du Grand Toronto souscrit à des politiques sur l'accès, l'équité et la diversité.
