Nous formons une équipe dynamique et proche, comprenant deux planificateurs financiers et une adjointe de cabinet dévouée. Ainsi, nous cherchons activement à agrandir l'équipe en accueillant une nouvelle personne.
SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
L'adjoint.e administratif.ve évoluera dans un environnement de travail agréable. Rigoureux.se, autonome, possédant un grand sens de la collaboration, il ou elle agira comme personne-ressource dans le suivi des dossiers clients.
Plus particulièrement, ces tâches comprennent notamment :
Recevoir et traiter les demandes à la suite des rendez-vous clients;
Identifier et préremplir les formulaires requis selon les demandes des planificateurs financiers tel que les ouvertures de comptes, les instructions client, etc.;
Procéder à des modifications non financières en assurances et en placement;
Compléter les tâches administratives post-rencontres clients. Faire le suivi et valider les transactions en fonds communs de placements et assurances avec les différentes compagnies;
Numériser, classer et archiver des documents;
Mettre à jour les dossiers clients (système de gestion de clientèle Équisoft);
Procéder à diverses saisies de données;
Offrir un service impeccable en fonction des besoins de la clientèle et des normes de qualité demandées par l'AMF;
Toute autre tâche connexe.

Être dynamique, courtois et professionnel avec les clients;
Connaissances des logiciels de la suite Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook, Teams);
Autonomie, proactive, grand sens de l'organisation, des urgences et des priorités, rigueur et souci du détail;
Requis:
Qualité du français parlé et écrit;
Un idéal de deux ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine des services financiers;
Atouts :
Avoir le permis en épargne collective et/ ou en assurance de personnes;
Être à l'aise et/ou avoir de l'expérience avec la gestion des réseaux sociaux;
Avoir complété une formation dans le domaine des services financiers;
