A strategic Communications specialist, who naturally navigates the corporate world in an autonomous manner, thereby uniting conceptual long-term thinking and top-notch operational execution - always in line with the Corporate bigger picture.

Your tasks in detail

• Responsibility for holistic internal communication role
  • Overall concept development for internal communication strategy incl.
    subsequent operative implementation
  • Change communication
  • Executive communication (advisory/consultancy/support), e.g.
    internal global Townhall events, CEO preparation for internal comms purposes to all employees
  • Global and local All-Employee-Communication on different topics, from scouting to execution
  • Consultancy/support for ad-hoc corporate topics
• Third-party management and budget responsibility
• Responsibility for varying dedicated special communication projects within the annual Corporate Communications Strategy
• Development of strategic communication and engagement concepts around Corporate Purpose and C.A.R.E.+ topics, e.g.
  sustainability, growth, innovation and digitalization
• Stakeholder management on Executive level
• Corporate strategic storytelling and copywriting on internal and external communication channels

This position does not include employee leadership.

• University degree (communication, journalism, business administration)
• Several years of experience in the field of PR/corporate communications
  • Deep understanding of creating cross-media communications content, high affinity to digital formats and platforms (audience specific thinking).
    
  • Profound knowledge of global communications trends and status quo of media landscape
  • Corporate storytelling & topic scouting
  • Develop corporate communication concepts, create and curate content tailored to different corporate target groups (internal and external)
  • Develop and produce content for all existing media types, from social media posts and written interviews, speech writing, to press releases or 360° videos
• Entrepreneurial and creative thinking
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented

• Fluent in written and spoken English & German
