Responsabilités :
Le titulaire de ce poste assure un soutien en administration et à la direction. Travail général de bureau
Assister les membres de l'équipe de l'administration et de la comptabilité
Effectuer les encaissements et faire les dépôts bancaires
Faire l'inscription de factures dans le logiciel comptable
Aider à la facturation
Aider à la paie des diverses entreprises
Procéder aux copies, numérisations ainsi qu'à l'archivage de documents
Traiter le courrier
Effectuer la gestion de la boîte courriel
Autres tâches connexes
Compétences recherchées :
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
Capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps
Bon sens de l'organisation et de l'initiative
Diplôme en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente
Habiliter avec les systèmes informatiques (Outlook, Word et Excel)
Maîtrise écrite et verbale du français
Maîtrise des systèmes comptables Acomba et Quickbook est un atout majeur
Conditions de travail :
Horaire de travail de 25-30 heures par semaine (possibilité de plus d'heures selon les périodes de l'année)
