En tant qu'Assistant-Gérant(e) de Magasin, vous aiderez l'équipe de gestion du magasin à inculquer les valeurs de l'entreprise et les promesses des clients au sein de votre équipe et dans le magasin, grâce à l'exemple, au coaching et en offrant des instructions de haute qualité.
Vous assisterez également à la mise en œuvre d'un plan de vente et de marchandisage et favoriserez une culture d'équipe très engagée.Les autres tâches comprennent:
Participer aux processus de prévention des pertes dans le magasin, y compris la participation aux stratégies de prévention et aux enquêtesAider à la gestion des inventaires du magasin, au marchandisage et à l'affichage des prix, pour maximiser les ventes de vos catégoriesLivrer et atteindre les budgets et objectifs de vente dans votre DépartementCe que ce rôle vous apporte:
