Relevant du Superviseur des usines, le contremaître de production sera appelé à :
•appliquer les différentes politiques de l'entreprise au niveau des relations de travail, de la SST, de la production et de l'environnement ; • voir à l'application des procédures du manuel d'assurance qualité ; • superviser, coordonner et conseiller les salariés affectés à son département ; • motiver et à mobiliser son personnel dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs établis ; • s'assurer que les ressources humaines sous sa charge respectent les consignes de sécurité en place; • analyser les méthodes de travail et proposer des améliorations lorsque nécessaires.
• Faire preuve d'initiative, d'autonomie, de dynamisme et de capacité à travailler en équipe ;
• Démontrer une capacité de réflexion, d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problème ;
• Connaissance en informatique et des outils Microsoft.
