Nous sommes à la recherche de Contremaître pour notre bureaux de St-Jérôme.
Tes principales responsabilités:
Supervision et gestion
Respecter les méthodes de travail sécuritaires et fait appliquer les normes de santé & sécurité sur les chantiers
Contrôler la qualité du travail, la performance et le respect des normes de signalisation
Élaborer des solutions face à différents problèmes ponctuels en chantier
Assurer le suivi et la complétion adéquate des bons de travail, des carnets journaliers de chauffeur et des feuilles de vérification avant départ
Participer aux tâches d'installation en support à l'équipe
Sécurité et réponse aux incidents
Identifier et apporter les correctifs lors de situations dangereuses
Assurer la formation continue des employés ainsi que le suivi des informations concernant les règles de sécurité
Voir à l'application et au respect des procédures et des règles de sécurité
Assurer le suivi des formulaires requis lors d'accident de travail ou d'incident lors de l'utilisation des véhicules ou du matériel
Administration
Rédiger des rapports et/ou compte-rendu de son quart de travail à l'attention de son supérieur immédiat
Gérer l'inventaire des chantiers
S'assurer de la propreté des lieux de travail et des véhicules et contribuer à maintenir un environnement propre et sécuritaire
Agir comme support au surintendant

Ce que nous recherchons:
Avoir au moins 3000h d'expérience en tant que Chef d'équipe
Détenir une carte de compétence STC 101-102-201 délivrée par l'AQTR
Détenir une carte ASP Construction
Connaissance et compréhension du Tome 5 élaboré par le Ministère des transports
Etre en mesure de soulever régulièrement des charges de 50lbs et moins.
Être disponible pour travailler de nuit
Permis de conduire valide
