Ce poste offre une opportunité exceptionnelle de jouer un rôle clé dans la réalisation de la vision stratégique de l'entreprise et d'avoir un impact significatif sur sa réussite à long terme.
Le ou la titulaire du poste devra :
≡ Développer et communiquer une vision stratégique claire pour les différents projets en alignement avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise;
≡ Identifier les impacts potentiels sur l'organisation et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour gérer efficacement le changement lié aux initiatives stratégiques;
≡ Diriger et superviser l'exécution des projets en assurant le respect des délais, des budgets et des objectifs de qualité;
≡ Effectuer des analyses approfondies des opportunités et des risques, en vue de l'atteinte des objectifs fixés;
≡ Évaluer régulièrement les progrès réalisés par rapport aux objectifs fixés, en identifiant les écarts et en prenant des mesures correctives si nécessaire;
≡ Communiquer de manière efficace et transparente avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en veillant à maintenir un haut niveau d'engagement et de compréhension;
≡ Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes fonctionnelles pour assurer une intégration harmonieuse dans l'ensemble de l'organisation;
≡ Encadrer et mobiliser les membres de l'équipe de projet, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et en stimulant l'innovation.
LES APTITUDES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
≡ Formation universitaire en génie civil ou en gestion de la construction ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience;
≡ Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets stratégiques complexes;
≡ Capacité démontrée à penser de manière stratégique et à aligner les initiatives sur les objectifs organisationnels;
≡ Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit (est un atout);
≡ Grand sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités;
≡ Grande facilité à communiquer et capacité à diriger les gens vers la réalisation d'un objectif commun;
≡ Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités concurrentes;
≡ Solide leadership démontré dans un environnement de travail similaire;
≡ Bon négociateur.
