Sous la responsabilité du Directeur financier, Il ou elle devra:
Établir les états financiers de plusieurs sociétés ainsi que les états financiers consolidés;
Assurer le respect des normes comptables, la bonne comptabilisation et voir à leur diffusion et à leur application par tous les intervenants;
Effectuer le suivi quotidien de la trésorerie; gèrer l'utilisation des marges de crédit et des emprunts, des fonds excédentaires et des placements afin de répondre aux besoins des opérations de l'entreprise;
Participer aux analyses mensuelles des résultats financiers et à la conciliation des comptes de bilan;
Assurer le suivi des cédules d'amortissement des éléments de bilan, incluant les ajouts, retraits et l'évaluation de fin de période;
Préparer diverses analyses et/ou rapports requis par la direction;
Préparer les déclarations gouvernementales telles que la TPS/TVH/TVQ;
Préparer des indicateurs de performances;
Participer à la préparation du dossier de vérification annuel;
Contribuer au projet d'amélioration continue de l'équipe de comptabilité.
Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en économie, en finance ou en administration des affaires - profil comptabilité, ou toute autre expérience pertinente ;
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
Excellente maîtrise de la langue française (écrit et parlé);
Discrétion, débrouillardise et sens de l'organisation;
Sens des priorités et de la gestion des échéanciers;
Capacité d'adaptation, esprit d'équipe et facilité à communiquer.
