Vous aimez entreprendre des projets? Vous avez certainement le profil que nous recherchons pour le poste chargé(e) de projet aux opérations qui sera en collaboration de la coordonnatrice du génie industriel.
Effectuer de la gestion de projets, pouvant inclure :
Définir ses mandats de travail (objectifs, périmètre, jalons, échéancier, livrables, risques)
Établir une méthodologie de résolution
Procéder à la cueillette d'informations et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration
Mener des études de faisabilité comparatives d'améliorations industrielles
Planifier la mise en production de nouveaux produits et la mise en place de solutions industrielles
Coordonner l'achat et l'implantation de solutions ou d'équipements de production (cahier de charges, NDA, budget, ROI)
Coordonner la mise en place de nouvelles stratégies manufacturières
Vulgariser un projet et des résultats auprès des parties prenantes
Fournir un soutien technique aux équipes de production
Déterminer les causes racines d'une situation problématique (A3, Ishikawa, etc)
Faire des recommandations d'amélioration
Tester des nouveaux produits
Participer au design et à l'optimisation d'équipements avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
Participer à l'effort de développement de la robotique à l'interne
Chapeauter des projets dans nos différents sites à l'occasion (Ontario, Moncton et États-Unis)
Formation technique ou universitaire en génie industriel, production automatisée ou dans un domaine connexe.
Ceinture verte (Lean 6 sigma)
1 à 3 années d'expérience en milieu manufacturier
Habileté en résolution de problèmes industriels complexes (sens analytique, de synthèse, créativité)
Capacité à travailler en équipe
Leadership
Bon communicateur
Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office
Langue : Français (requis) et anglais (un atout)
Connaissances en simulation, visio, et/ou dessin (un atout)
