Poste situé à St-Bruno au Lac St-JeanBleuets sauvages du Québec est la plus grande entreprise de de bleuets sauvages biologiques sur le globe. Nous avons des usines de congélation au Lac St-Jean et en Gaspésie. Nous y faisons le lavage, la congélation, l'entreposage, le tri et l'emballage du bleuet avant de pouvoir l'exporter vers nos clients!
Le/La candidat(e) aura comme fonction de:
Planifier, diriger et contrôler les ressources nécessaires pour les besoins des opérations;
Développer sa connaissance du produit et des exigences des clients;
Effectuer une gestion efficace du personnel sous sa responsabilité et voir à leur formation, leur développement et au respect des normes établies;
Travailler à la mobilisation du personnel, au développement des initiatives stratégiques ainsi qu'à la rétention;
Établir, maintenir et favoriser la communication entre chacune des équipes de travail, avec tous les secteurs de l'entreprise ainsi qu'avec les autres usines.
Améliorer continuellement les manières de faire, innover, identifier les goulots et prendre les actions en conséquence;
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des programmes visant à assurer l'utilisation efficace des matériaux, de la main d'œuvre et de l'équipement afin d'atteindre les objectifs de productions fixés;
Favoriser et mettre en place une structure favorisant la communication avec les équipes.
Par la suite, des tâches se joindront aux tâches ci-haut énumérées tel que :
Participer aux stratégies et au plan de développement des affaires;
Analyse d'optimisation, de projets, de méthodes de travail;
Développer et gérer des indicateurs de performance ainsi qu'élaborer des outils de contrôle pour la mise en place des systèmes de production ou de nouveaux systèmes de production;
Préparer et gérer le budget pour les opérations de l'usine.
