Your position
I am currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor - Day Shift - Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face - for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
• Ensure the smooth running of production activities
• Planning work flow on production lines
• Coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives
• Manage the work teams of the various departments and ensure the smooth running of plant operations.
• Pass on good OHS and HACCP practices to his/her team and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve production efficiency problems.
• Train teams (tasks, hygiene, quality, safety standards, etc.).
• Other production-related tasks (production forms, quality, inventory).

Your profile
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing field, agri-food an asset
• DEP, DEC or BAC in mechanics, automation, electricity or other relevant field
• Good level of French and English, Spanish an asset
• Knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards
• 70k - $90k - depending on experience
Live-in position on day shift - Monday to Friday, full insurance, company RRSP, vacation, and other company benefits.
