le titulaire du poste fournit un support aux différents départements en ce qui a trait à l'organisation du travail, l'amélioration continue des standards d'opération, la réalisation des projets collectifs de modernisation des installations et le maintient de la culture « lean » au sein de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :
• Coordonner ou participer à des projets d'amélioration continue, de modernisation ou d'optimisation des processus, des installations ou de la dynamique opérationnelle.
• Favoriser l'établissement et le maintient de la culture « LEAN »
• Participer à l'optimisation et la standardisation des processus par le biais d'études et d'analyses
• Supporter les autres départements de l'organisation en lien avec les activités de Génie Industriel
• Participer à la préparation des soumissions
• Rationaliser l'utilisation des ressources, réduire le gaspillage et minimiser les frais de production
• Coordonner ou participer à des activités de mise en œuvre et d'essai des processus de production Exigences du poste - Diplôme en génie industriel, mécanique ou automatisation;
• 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
