La résidence Au cœur de la vie de Saint-Antoine est une résidence qui offre des soins et services pour 60 usagers ayant une déficience physique, cognitive, intellectuel ou troubles de comportement.

Quart de travail:
jour - soir
40 heures semaine - 1 fin de semaine sur 2
Qualités:
Ponctuel, disponible pour les remplacements, flexible au niveau de l'horaire, poli et respectueux avec ses pairs et les résidents, jovial et bonne communication verbale et écrite du français.

Principales Tâches:
Pour une clientèle ayant une déficience intellectuelle avec troubles de spectre de l'autisme et troubles graves de comportement DI TSA TGC
Participer à l'élaboration des plans d'intervention des résidents avec les intervenants du CISSS des Laurentides
Assurer l'implantation des plans d'intervention des résidents
Entreprendre l'élaboration et l'implantation des activités de (Monitoring) des résidents
Identifier et appliquer les techniques d'intervention auprès des résidents
Assurer la surveillance
Effectuer toutes autres tâches nécessaires à la dispense des soins et des services des résidents
Ponctuel, disponible pour les remplacements, flexible au niveau de l'horaire, poli et respectueux avec ses pairs et les résidents, jovial et bonne communication verbale et écrite du français
