Poste directeur de projet
Le directeur de projet est responsable de la livraison des projets, il doit piloter plusieurs projets en simultanés. Il gère l'ensemble des ressources pour les projets et coordonne les activités et livrables avec les ressources interne et externes impliqués. Tout en gérant l'échéancier et le budget, le directeur de projet gère les risques, déviations, points en suspens et points de suivi qui en découlent.
Le directeur est le point principal de contact, il assure la promotion des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet avec l'ensemble des participants.

Exigences professionnelles
5 années d'expérience en supervision d'employés
Baccalauréat connexe au secteur d'activité ou Dec combiné avec cinq années d'expérience pertinente
Expérience significative en gestion de projets
Connaissance des différentes méthodologies de gestion de projets (PMI)
Bonne capacité de naviguer dans l'ambiguïté et la complexité
Joueur d'équipe dynamique
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles, capacité à influencer, leadership, autonome et capacité à bien gérer la pression
Expérience en contrôle de qualité (Un atout)
Bilinguisme français/anglais, oral et écrit puisqu'il collabore étroitement de façon régulière avec notre clientèle à l'extérieur du pays
