Relevant du contremaitre, ton objectif principal sera d'assurer la propreté de l'usine par un lavage conforme à la réglémentation des installations, des outils, équipements, procédures et fréquence de lavage.

Ton quotidien parmi NOUS
Opérer le processus de nettoyage par C.I.P. de la tuyauterie, des équipements, du bassin et autres, selon les procédures;
Préparer et assainir les équipements et outils servant au soutirage, au pressage, au moulage et démoulage du produit;
Maintenir la zone crue et l'usine dans un état d'ordre et de propreté;
Préparer, selon les procédures, les produits chimiques servant au nettoyage et à l'assainissement;
Appliquer de manière préventive les normes d'hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité;
Effectuer le démontage, le lavage manuel et le remontage des équipements appropriés selon les procédures;
Opérer les automates;
Effectuer les étapes de cheddarisation et le démoulage du fromage;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande du supérieur immédiat.
