Afin de combler un prochain départ à la retraite, Technologic souhaite accueillir un nouvel Agent ou une nouvelle Agente de services au sein de son équipe. La personne recherchée est reconnue pour son excellent service à la clientèle, ses habiletés communicationnelles et son sens de l'organisation au travail. Faisant preuve d'une grande rigueur, l'Agent ou l'Agente de services apprécie particulièrement trouver des solutions et porte une grande attention aux détails. Cette personne possède une aisance face aux imprévus et son savoir-faire en matière de relations interpersonnelles lui permet de gérer efficacement les attentes des fournisseurs et des clients.
Principales responsabilités :
Prendre en charge les demandes de la clientèle par téléphone, par courriel ou via le portail;
Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les techniciens;
Soumettre le prix d'un bon de travail lorsque nécessaire pour la facturation;
Valider et corriger les informations inscrites par les techniciens;
S'assurer que les bons de travail sont complétés, transmis aux clients et prêts pour la facturation;
Maintenir à jour le statut des données du logiciel de gestion des bons de travail;
Établir la priorité des demandes de services;
Collaborer avec l'équipe pour trouver des solutions optimales;
Maximiser l'utilisation du portail par la clientèle et orienter les clients pour faciliter leur navigation;
Réceptionner la marchandise et assurer la gestion de l'inventaire;
Faire le suivi auprès des fournisseurs concernant les dates de réception pour aider la planification des projets;
Préparer le matériel devant être retourné chez les fournisseurs;
Faire le suivi des retours afin d'éviter et/ou minimiser les frais;
Préparer le matériel nécessaire pour les projets et les appels de service;
Aviser l'équipe de services/projets lorsque le matériel est disponible;
Vérifier les matériaux non utilisés des projets en cours et les remettre à l'inventaire;
Maintenir la propreté de son espace de travail ainsi que le magasin de pièces;
Organiser son aire de travail de façon efficace et ordonnée.
Exigences et qualifications :
Posséder un diplôme d'études complété dans un domaine pertinent;
Expérience en service à la clientèle;
Maîtrise de la suite Office, expertise d'un logiciel de gestion est un atout;
Excellent français parlé et écrit;
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais.

Horaire de travail : Du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00
