Assurer le bon déroulement du cycle comptable en collaboration avec ses collègues du département (validation des transactions, comptes grand livre, écritures de journal, balance de vérification, etc.)
Gestion du cycle complet du traitement de paie des employés - ouverture et suivis des dossiers employés (avantages sociaux et autres)
Voir au déclaration et remise DAS - REER & RPDB et autres remises
Gestion des banques maladies, heures supplémentaires, commissions vendeurs, vacances
Réclamation et suivi des publicités faites pour les fournisseurs
Produire les états financiers mensuels et annuels
Mise à jour et suivi des liquidités de l'entreprise
Participer à la préparation du dossier de fin d'année pour les auditeurs externes
Autres tâches connexes
Qualifications requises :
Posséder une formation collégiale en comptabilité combinée à une expérience d'au moins dix (10) années dans un poste similaire
Une expérience de travail dans le domaine du commerce de détail est souhaitée
Démontrer du leadership, une forte capacité décisionnelle, de l'autonomie et un bon esprit d'équipe
Conditions offertes :
Horaire de travail flexible sur base de 37,5 heures par semaine
