Sous la supervision du responsable du département, le préposé à la maintenance effectuera les tâches attribuées relativement à l'entretien de l'immeuble, et ce, en fonction des besoins du jour.
Personne polyvalente qui exécute avec une certaine habileté une variété de travaux reliés à différents secteurs de métiers (plomberie, mécanique, chauffage, électricité, menuiserie, climatisation, réfrigération, peinture, etc.) pour l'entretien et la réparation générale de l'hôtel. Effectue différents travaux reliés au nettoyage et à l'entretien, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
Principales tâches:
Effectuer les travaux mineurs de réfection, réparation, ajustement afin de satisfaire les clients
Faire l'inspection complète des différentes installations afin d'assurer qu'aucune problématique empêche le bon déroulement des activités
Garder un registre des travaux et réparations
Participer à des travaux de déplacement d'équipement dans l'ensemble des départements
Répondre aux appels clients en temps réel
Se conformer aux différentes règles de sécurité pour tous les volets du poste
Toutes autres tâches connexes reliées aux responsabilités du poste

Anglais de base autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
