Atelier d'usinage Mégatech A.Q . se spécialise dans les domaines de l'aérospatial, de l'aéronautique, du médical et du militaire. 2 machinistes experts en tournage Integrex (1 jour / 2 soir)
Relevant du superviseur de production, le machiniste expert en tournage Integrex devra faire la programmation des pièces à usiner sur des machines CNC de marque Mazak, modèle Integrex . Le machiniste sera également appelé à faire le montage « set up » de la machine, ainsi que procéder à l'usinage de pièces. Le machiniste doit être en mesure de démontrer une facilité à lire et interpréter correctement les plans d'usinage et d'assemblage, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des pratiques GD&T. Le machiniste doit être en mesure de faire l 'inspection de ses pièces usinées de façon à s'assurer qu'elles respectent les tolérances demandées. Le machiniste peut également être appelé à participer à la réalisation d'autres tâches connexes. Toutes tâches confiées doiventêtre réalisées en se conformant aux requis de la certification ISO:9001, AS9100C et ISO: 3485. Les tâches confiées devront être réalisées en respectant les méthodes de travail sécuritaires implantées dans l'usine.
Qualifications recherchées :
• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience (obligatoire);
• Expérience expert en prototypage, programmation complexe, montage « set up » et ajustement machine.
• Expérience obligatoire avec le logiciel GIBBS;
3 postes disponibles : 1 jour / 2 soir ;
Salaire de départ : 28 à 38 $/h , selon expérience;
Nombre d'heures : 40 heures.
