Principales responsabilités Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle
Renseigner les clients sur les caractéristiques et les avantages des différents produits de l'environnement des cosmétiques, sur les nouveautés, les services et les promotions
Identifier les besoins des clients
Effectuer des retouches maquillage et des animations
Gérer la marchandise
Exigences Une formation en esthétique ou en coloration pourrait être considérée comme un atout
Qualités recherchées Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
Capacité à travailler en équipe
Désir de se tenir à jour sur les tendances affectant les clients dans le domaine des soins de santé, de beauté et de la mode
