Principales tâches :
Évaluer les besoins de la clientèle et assurer le counseling d'emploi.
Réaliser des processus d'orientation complets adaptés à la clientèle (administration et analyse de tests psychométriques).
Effectuer des bilans de compétences.
Élaborer un plan d'action, de concert avec chaque candidat, visant l'intégration à l'emploi et leur fournir le support et l'accompagnement nécessaire à sa réalisation.
Assurer le suivi des candidats en emploi et en recherche d'emploi.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents réseaux impliqués auprès de la clientèle dans une optique de complémentarité.
Exigences :
Détenir une maîtrise en orientation.
Être membre de l'OCCOQ ou avoir les caractéristiques pour le devenir immédiatement.
Bonne connaissance ou intérêt de la clientèle en santé mentale, déficience intellectuelle et TSA.
Expérience pertinente en lien avec la clientèle et ou l'intégration en emploi (un atout).
Avoir des connaissances en psychométrie.
Avoir de l'intérêt des tâches cléricales.
Posséder une bonne capacité d'adaptation et avoir de l'intérêt pour le milieu communautaire.
Être polyvalent, pédagogue, vulgarisateur, diplomate, dynamique et avoir de l'entregent.
Avoir une bonne capacité d'autonomie et d'organisation.

Territoire : Ville de Québec et parfois Portneuf
