En tant que gestionnaire de paie, vous serez en mesure de relever les missions suivantes :
Collecter et compiler chaque semaine les données essentielles pour générer les paies sur l'ensemble de nos 4 succursales.
Pour les employés à l'heure, garantir le transfert fiable des données entre le système de pointage et le système de traitement de la paie EmployeurD Desjardins.
Organiser les éléments de paie en fonction des spécificités de chaque employé, en tenant compte des variables individuelles telles que les congés, les absences et les avantages.
Collecter les factures pigistes de l'ensemble des succursales, vérifier et garantir la précisions des données
Enregistrer les factures, assurer le paiement selon les échéances prévues.
Assurer un contrôle vigilant des traitements des indemnités d'accidents de travail en cours, et demande de remboursement de salaire en gérant les transmissions à la Cnesst.
Assurer le traitements les formulaires d'assurance collective et les avantages sociaux à jour pour garantir une expérience employé exceptionnelle.
Assurer les remises et les saisies gouvernementales avec une attention particulière aux détails.
Veiller à ce que notre entreprise reste en harmonie avec les réglementations liés aux rémunérations en vigueur.
Être une ressource fiable pour les questions liées aux salaires de nos employés, offrant des réponses claires.
Apporter toutes les réponses nécessaires au demandes de suivi concernant les facturations des travailleurs autonomes.
Répondre et assurer un suivi précis auprès des demandes d'informations des parties externes telles que les institutions financières et les organismes gouvernementaux.
