Expert en sinistres Principal Responsabilité Civile - Une Opportunité Exceptionnelle (9353)
Notre client recherche un expert principalen réclamations RC (Responsabilité Civile) pour rejoindre son équipe.
Dans ce poste, vous aurez l'occasion de démontrer votre jugement, vos compétences d'analyse, et votre talent pour fournir un service client exceptionnel.
Vous serez responsable de régler les sinistres en respectant notre philosophie et nos procédures, en collaborant avec des enquêteurs externes et des experts en sinistre indépendants, et en communiquant directement avec les clients, tiers, et avocats.
Vos responsabilités :
Examiner et régler les sinistres en interprétant les garanties, respectant les délais.
Établir des provisions précises et tenir à jour la documentation pertinente.
Évaluer la responsabilité et les dommages corporels et matériels.
Appliquer les normes et procédures pour le règlement des sinistres.
Analyser les rapports et gérer les coûts de règlement.
Collaborer à l'élaboration de stratégies de résolution.
Mener des négociations.
Vos compétences :
5 ans d'expérience en responsabilité civile ou équivalent.
Solides compétences analytiques, de négociation.
Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, Excel, Word.
Aptitude au travail d'équipe, communication.
Connaissance des libellés d'assurance, des lois, et des pratiques juridiques.
Capacité de décision et supervision.
