Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Supervise and coordinate construction and cabinetmaking projects, ensuring their compliance with company standards

Ensure compliance with deadlines

Manage changes and control workflow treasury

Identify and manage project risks to ensure their success and contractual compliance

Lead a team to cover all of the group's projects

Produce and review financial reports for a portfolio of projects

Ensure invoicing and recommend financial optimizations

Provide support to users and optimize working methods with available tools

Respect the governance and methodological framework of projects

Define and analyze performance indicators to anticipate problems and make recommendations

Develop and revise annual budgets collaboratively with relevant parties

Your assets for this position!

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Controller, Project Cost Manager or related including a minimum of three (3) years in the construction sector

Strong analytical and financial skills, proactivity, leadership and adaptability

Direct or indirect team management experience

Excellent command of Procore, Excel and MS Project software

Bilingualism: clear written and oral communication (in French and English)
